Special conditions for Pensioner

Pensioners will be required to undergo biometric verification at branch semi-annually each year. In case of non-availability of customer due to adverse health, provision of 'LIFE certificate' will be mandatory on the same schedule.
In case of family pension, the pension nominee (widow/widower, unmarried daughter, sister) is required to present 'Non-marriage certificate' each year.
